Post Training Advice:- Continiue to hydrate by drinking plenty of fluids. If possible, drink water or gatorade drinks. - Conduct a brisk walk the following day, along with stretching. This will help your muscle to relax and reduce muscle stiffness.- Be ready for our next session (smile).
