Cardio Fitness Kick Boxing

Join in on Felder’s Cardio Fitness Kick Boxing lunchtime workout. This class is available to all soldiers, family members and workers of the Fort Sill community. See calendar for details and locations.

Post Training Advice:
- Continiue to hydrate by drinking plenty of fluids. If possible, drink water or gatorade drinks.

- Conduct a brisk walk the following day, along with stretching. This will help your muscle to relax and reduce muscle stiffness.

- Be ready for our next session (smile).
