Hanshi Felder continues to take an interest in identifying instructors that have committed themselves to the teaching of martial arts and helping communities grow in discipline one student at time. He extends his gratitude by visiting martial arts schools and presenting outstanding instructors with a signed honorary Black Belt in Honors Award.
Encouraging students all over the world to press forward and never quit with full understanding that in due season they will reap if they do not faint. Felder looks forward to the day when students mature to the level of teacher (Sensei) and transfer their knowledge and skills to others.
